60 – 65: Outstanding, you should try out for Special Operations Selection, or test your mental toughness by competing in a triathlon.
50 – 60: Great work. You have proven yourself to be strong and with some focus on improving your weak areas we’ll have you complete a marathon in no time.
40 – 50: A good performance. You still have a some hard work in front of you to be meet the grade. Take action in all areas to join the elite.
Below 40: The first stage in self improvement is self assessment. Whilst you defiantly need a military book camp to kick your arse, you have now identified that a focused and consistent personal development program is for you.
The test was designed to assess your level of Mental Toughness through a variety of the fundamentals that make up Mental Toughness. Review your lower scored answers (your weak areas) and focus your efforts to improve in these traits.
